All Entries: I understand that no refund of the entry fee will be made once I have been accepted into the contest. I agree to abide by all of the rules, regulations, and decisions of the Wagoner Lions Club, the Lake Views & BBQ Committee, Sequoyah State Park, Oklahoma State Parks, any Board, committee members, or volunteers.
Waiver of Liability: In consideration of submitting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the promoters and sponsors of the Wagoner Lions club, Lake Views & BBQ Festival, Sequoyah State Park, Oklahoma State Park, its committees, their agents, volunteers, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the Wagoner Lion's Club, Lake Views & BBQ Committee and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recording, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
Submission of this form constitutes as acceptance of this waiver.
Entry Fee: $225
Campsite Fee: $26 per night (DO NOT call the park to book your site. We will book it for you)

People's Choice Event: The Lion's Club would be sincerely grateful for your donation of your leftover meat for us to give away during the People's Choice portion of our event. The People's choice event is our primary fundraiser and allows the Lion's Club to be able to continue supporting the community by providing eye exam vouchers, scholarships to students, supporting FFA & 4H programs, area non profits, donate to Senior Citizen programs, support veterans, Lion's Club International, Cornea transplants, and other community engagement events for the community.
