What's this all about?
This feature offers an easy way to compare a number of forecasted metrics to reality!
Need more detail on how it works?
The Early Access Program (EAP) for our new feature offers participants the opportunity to align their forecasting strategies with real-time data analysis. This innovative page allows users to compare forecasted volumes of incoming work with actual figures, match scheduled and actual Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), and analyze the Service Level and Average Handle Time forecasts against actual outcomes.
Is this available to everyone?

The EAP is not open to everyone. It is intended for a select group of users who meet certain eligibility criteria. These criteria include:

  • Being an existing customer of our WFM solution.
  • Having a history of active engagement with our products.
  • Agreeing to provide detailed feedback and participate in follow-up surveys or interviews.
This being an Early Access Program, are there limitations with the product?

As an EAP, there are inherent limitations and potential issues to be aware of:

  • Limited Features: Not all planned features may be available.
  • Potential Bugs and Instability: As with any early-stage product, there may be bugs or stability issues.
  • Limited Support: While we aim to provide support, response times and resolutions may not be as prompt as with established products.
  • Data Integrity: While we strive for accuracy, early versions may have issues with data consistency or reliability.
What is expected of me?

As a Forecast vs Actual user in the EAP, we expect the following:

  • Active Usage and Testing: Regularly use and test the Forecast vs Actual page, pushing its limits to understand its capabilities and uncover any issues.
  • Detailed Feedback: Provide detailed, constructive feedback on your experience, including any bugs encountered, ease of use, and feature requests.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality about the features and performance of the EAP product until it is publicly released.
  • Collaboration: Be open to collaborating with our development team, including participating in surveys, interviews, or other feedback mechanisms.
