This 6-week intensive series is designed to build a solid foundation of knowledge and practical skill. Join us for 4 x 2-hour Sunday morning sessions led by Tiff Cook, a Victorian amateur boxer and holder of three state titles. These sessions promise more than just training; they're a comprehensive experience to enhance your boxing skills, understanding of techniques, and overall prowess.
And for those who enjoy a bit of socialising, cap off your workout with our optional, but always delightful, post-workshop lunch or coffee hangout! It's more than a class; it's a community.
