Copywriter Application

Role:

Personal Brand Launch is a social media marketing agency (Instagram - @personalbrandlaunch who helps business owners grow and sell on social media. We are looking for a skilled, hard-working, and intuitive copywriter to join the team.

You specialize in short form content. You understand the hook, value, and CTA structure of a short. You understand what it takes to go viral. You can help clients in multiple niches.

Position Information:

  • Remote Job
  • Flexible Hours - Can Work Whatever Time of Day Works Best For You
  • Part Time/Full Time - expect to work anywhere from 3-8 hours a day Monday - Friday
  • When Hired There Will be a Short Onboarding/Training and Then You Can Get Started
  • Pay - You Get A Fixed Price Per Script So Depending How Many Scripts You Get Done an Hour You Will Get Paid on Average - $20-$25/Hour (We pay $12 per script, and on average copywriters can complete 2-3 per hour) 

Responsibilities:

  • Studying Niche Related Viral Videos
  • Writing Compelling Scripts (Hook, Base, CTA) - Using Our System
  • Writing Captions, Hashtag Sets, Etc - Using Our Systems

Requirements:

  • 1) Deep Understanding of Short Form Content - Structure Hooks/Value/CTA, Why Videos go Viral, Length, Etc
  • 2) You Have Experience Copywriting Specifically Short Form Content
  • 3) You Do Not Use ChatGPT to Write Scripts
  • 4) You Can Follow Systems That Are Laid Out For You
  • 5) You are Extremely Organized and Neat
  • 6) You Want Consistency/Security in a Job, and are Looking For a Long Term Position
  • 7) You are Speedy in Communication - Will Reply in 30 Minutes or Less
  • 8) You are Dependable, You Get Your Work in on Time Every Time
