Recommend cannabinoids or formulation for patient-specific needs during initial or follow up visit
Review primary literature to determine treatment course
Review product or package labeling to determine dose
Reviewed testing or analytical information to form clinical opinion
Calculate days supply
Device counseling including set up/preparation, administration, and storage
Patient counseling on possible side effect or drug interaction (preemptive counseling)
Patient counseling on probable side effect or drug interaction (harm occurred)
Contacted physician to acknowledge drug-interaction or disease-state interaction before dispensing
Contact physician regarding cannabis-related adverse reaction development
Inventory management including investigating inventory discrepancies
Reported suspected or confirmed diversion
Do you feel your pharmacy education or company/on-site training adequately prepared you for your clinical role?
