WHO CAN BE A SPONSOR?
Sponsorship is available to businesses and organisations from across the world, who would be keen to be know our expected audience. Sponsors can be from any industry or community group, but must not cause any perceived or real conflict of interest to the AIMA's process. Please note – only a limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available. All Expressions of Interest will be assessed against a number of criteria to ensure they align with the objectives of the AIMA.

All Expressions of Interest will be assessed against the guidelines of the AIMA' . AIMA reserves the right to refuse any application and registrants should be aware that no agreement with AIMA will arise upon submission of an Expression of Interest.

The following elements of the sponsorship and marketing strategy:

-       Provision for the marketing material that the Event Host need to use for the fulfilment of Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum obligations.

-       Engage regularly in regard to any changes to marketing material and ensure clear communication is maintained with Event Host.

-       Abide by all the obligations detailed under the Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum package.

-       Ensure that the payment is made promptly towards the package cost atleast 20 days prior to the actual event date. 

In the eventuality of the unforeseen events on the event date, due to technology issues, following actions will be taken towards the service for the Sponsor:

-       Reimburse any funds unused at the point in time that is known.

-       The money spent for advertisement will be held.

-       Keeping the Sponsor up to date with the progress on the event.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, if the event is cancelled, funds will be reimbursed as per the remaining money not spent.

Under special conditions, following a mutually agreed discussion between both parties.

There is no policy for refund under the sponsorship.

Sponsorship Amount: <Amount in words> Thousand Dollars Only (ex. GST)

In-kind Sponsor: The Sponsor is free to provide any persons or staff to help with event organisers’ team on or before the day of the event.

1.     100% on sign up and the invoice will be issued immediately upon receipt of this form. Payment to be made within 7 days of the signup. Sponsor to share details that need to go on the invoice to make it acceptable.

 Milestones or Achievements

Each milestone achieved by the Event Host will be communicated with the Sponsor.

Reporting Progress

Regular updates regarding events will be shared with the Sponsor.
