This form is for applying for a trial online lesson (30 minutes / ¥1,000).

After reviewing your application, I will contact you to arrange the lesson date and time.

Once the schedule has been confirmed, payment can be made via PayPal.

Available lesson times are between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time (JST).
Lessons are available on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Example:

First choice: Month / Day, 7:00 p.m. JST
Second choice: Month / Day, 1:00 p.m. JST
Third choice: Month / Day, 9:00 p.m. JST
