Local Medal Finals Grant Application - Rider

The Oregon Hunter Jumper Association awards Local System Medal Finals Funding from $500-1200 to Local System members who have demonstrated both merit and financial need. 

The Local System Medal Finals Committee selects up to three Local System Medal Finals Funding recipients each year. 

Eligibility

  • Must be a current OHJA Local System member at the time of their application.
  • Applicants do not need not be qualified for OHJA medal finals in order to apply but must demonstrate an intent to qualify. Applicants must be qualified for an OHJA medal finals in order to use the grant; and
  • Applicants must have volunteered for OHJA during their application year

Application Materials:

  • Completed application below
  • One letter of recommendation from riding trainer 

If you have questions about what information is needed you must contact the OHJA Local System Medal Finals Chair before the submission deadline so that a completed Application is submitted by July 15.

2. Trainer recommendations should be submitted directly by your recommender from the recommendation form available on the OHJA website
