*The Course will begin at 9:30 am on 24th October and end at 5 pm on 26th October 2025. All resident participants are required to arrive on Campus latest by 23rd October before 7 pm. Dinner will be provided for all participants arriving at the Mountainwind Ecoversity Campus on 23rd October between 7-8 pm.
*Participants may leave after the Course ends at 5 pm on 26th October or on the 27th October morning after breakfast(8-9 am). The MW Campus facilities will close thereafter.
*To maintain and respect the integrity of the Course and its process, participation in the full schedule is required without exception.
*This WEEKEND residential Course will include facilitation around learning botanical printing techniques on calico using only materials sourced from the local natural environment to create art work.
*The Course will be conducted in English. The facilitator does not understand or speak Hindi.
**This Course is for people from the age of 16 years and above.
* This Course is limited to a maximum of 8 participants only, on a first come first serve basis, only once the application is accepted by us and a non-refundable payment for the same has been received.
*Please note that the MW Campus is strictly a tobacco,drugs, chemical and alcohol free area. Plastic use is as limited as possible and not encouraged. Anyone needing to smoke may go outside the Campus boundary to smoke.
*Laundry and ironing facilities are not available on the MW Campus.
*Please note that our dining hall timings and cuisine are fixed and food/tea is made available only during the stipulated time periods. We request all participants to adhere strictly to the same and respect the kitchen incharge. We serve only vegetarian Himalayan food.
*Please note that we are a self-sustaining, not-for-profit Ecoversity/organisation that depends solely on fee donation in the form of Course facilitation fees (calculated as per actual expenses) or financial and material contributions from individual donors as support for what we do.
*Your registration will be confirmed after a non-refundable payment of INR 6000/- has been made to The Himalayan Rilung Foundation, which covers all our expenses of all meals, tea, shared 4 bed fully furnished dormitory accomadation, facilitator's fees and expenses and all course art materials for the 3 days at cost.
* If for any unavoidable reason we are unable to conduct the Course, your payment will be refunded fully and you will be informed in advance of the Course.
Travel expenses to and from the MW Campus are to be borne by the participants themselves. You will receive a detailed email outlining the daily schedule and Campus facilities after you submit this form and make the payment.
