Perry Arts Council invites you to participate in our Plein Air at the Fair Event in October!

All participants must pre-register. Artists will be allowed to paint between Oct 2-5th on the Fairgrounds. You must enter through the Miller-Murphy-Howard Building and be checked by security. Your painting will be turned in as you leave and then displayed at the Fair until Oct 11th. Then join us for our gallery showing on Oct 12th at the Rozier Park Community Room!

Painting must take place between Oct 2nd & Oct 5th, between 10am-8pm.

Artists will enter through Miller-Murphy-Howard. Those that are preregistered will be allowed to enter once for free

Artists are allowed in public areas. Artist painting must not block roads or walkways. Artist should limit their footprint to 4x4 spot.

Artists are not allowed in any "behind the scenes" locations. You will be asked to move if you set up in these areas.

Works must not exceed 16x20.

Only one work per artist can be submitted.

All works must be wired for hanging. Any paper works must be framed and wired.

Works must be dropped off Miller-Murphy-Howard building before leaving.

You must include your name, work titles, media type, size, and price (if wanting to sell during our gallery hours) at dropoff.

Works will be on display until October 11th on the Fairgrounds.

Works will be transported by Perry Arts Council to gallery showing at Rozier Park Community Room for display on October 12th.

If you wish to have your works for sale, you must be present during our gallery hours. Any sales must be facilitated between the artist and the buyer.

The Ga National Fairgrounds, Rozier Park Community Room, and Perry Arts Council are not responsible for any damage that occurs during these events.
