Terms and Conditions

We appreciate your interest in Process Outdoors LLC for editing your hunting footage. Our mission is to bring compelling outdoor experiences to a broader audience through our YouTube channel. We're excited to offer our editing services to create a cinematic memory of your documented outdoor adventures.

Service Details:

-Editing Fees at $5 per GB of footage submitted. Final invoice will be sent after the approval of a satisfied video customer.

-The customer understands that our editing team can only do so much with the footage that is submitted. The more minutes of footage and the higher the quality will yield the best possible video result.

-YouTube Channel Exposure: Edited footage will be featured on our YouTube channel “The Process Outdoors”, thus expanding the reach of your outdoor experiences.

-Monetization: Please note that we will monetize the content on our YouTube channel through YouTube's monetization program. The customer is not entitled to any financial gains resulting from this program.

-By submitting your footage you agree to The Process Outdoors using the footage to create a full length YouTube video in story form, and or in YouTube Short form.

-By submitting your footage you give The Process Outdoors authority to take the finished video product and share it across other social media platforms.

Legal Compliance:

-Illegal Activities: As part of our commitment to ethical and legal hunting practices, we reserve the right to not complete the videography project and report any footage containing illegal activities to local Department of Natural Resources (DNR) authorities.

-By submitting your footage you hereby agree to have minors showcased in your final video product if they are within the submitted footage and understand that any and all footage submitted to The Process Outdoors is subject to be edited and showcased on our YouTube channel The Process Outdoors.

Customer Agreement:

By submitting your hunting footage for editing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above, including the utilization of the content on our YouTube channel and the absence of financial entitlement from YouTube's monetization program.
