Renovations completed between November 1, 2025 and July 24, 2026 are eligible for entry. *
As per Brunswick County Parade of Homes standards, Non-Whole House Renovations are not open-to-the-public during the Parade. *
If you have multiple Parade entries, you'll need to complete this online form once for every entry. You'll be able to skip entering repetitive information. *
Entry Fees *
EARLY ENTRY (JUNE 25 - JULY 9):
Non-whole-house Renovations: $600
Whole-house renovation is $1,250. This includes a 3d Matterport Tour of your entry. The Matterport tours are optional. If you choose to opt out of this, we will reduce your fee by $250, for a total of $1,000. After we've received your submitting form, the HBA will be invoiced directly.

STANDARD ENTRY (JULY 10 - JULY 23):
Non-whole-house Renovations: $800
Whole-house renovation is $1,450. This includes a 3d Matterport Tour of your entry. The Matterport tours are optional. If you choose to opt out of this, we will reduce your fee by $250, for a total of $1,200. After we've received your submitting form, the HBA will be invoiced directly.

LATE ENTRY (JULY 24 - JULY 30):
Non-whole-house Renovations: $1000
Whole-house renovation is $1,650. This includes a 3d Matterport Tour of your entry. The Matterport tours are optional. If you choose to opt out of this, we will reduce your fee by $250, for a total of $1,400. After we've received your submitting form, the HBA will be invoiced directly.

For each 2026 Parade of Homes entry, the following information and documents must be submitted by 5 pm on July 30, 2026.

· Remodeler Entry Form & Contract (this online form)

· Color Photos at 300 dpi that best represent the entry, submitted via dropbox or email to art@vividdigitalmedia.com

· Homeowner Participation Agreement  (you'll receive a copy of the Homeowner Participation Agreement in your entry confirmation email)

· Entry Fee – paid in full (You will be invoiced by the HBA after receipt of this online entry)


Photo Guidelines for Guidebook & Virtual Tour

Remodeling Entries for Judging must include (at minimum):

· 3 before photos (.png or .jpg format)

· 5 after photos at minimum (.png or .jpg format)


For the virtual tour, you can submit up to a maximum of 24 photos (.png or .jpg format). Please do not submit more than 24 photos. 

Photos may be submitted via Dropbox with entry or emailed to kenzi@vividdigitalmedia.com by entry deadline.  Photos should be submitted with a resolution of at least 300dpi.  If photos are submitted with a resolution of less than 300dpi, I understand that the print quality will be less than ideal and may appear pixilated.  Please note that just because your photos look clear on your computer it does not mean the photos will look the same when printed!


The Parade Committee reserves the right to edit information if it does not meet acceptable publication standards.

The Brunswick County HBA provides the following for each paid renovation entry:

· Parade entry information featured on the Brunswick County HBA’s Parade website, brunswickparadeofhomes.com and the Parade’s Facebook and Instagram page.

· Multi-media advertising.

· Social media post for each entry on the Parade’s Facebook and Instagram pages. Category winners receive additional promotion.

· Parade home entry information featured in the Parade of Homes magazine with before & after photos, special features about my project.  If photos are not provided by entry deadline dates, photos will not be included in the Parade magazine.
