The You Belong Committee -- a subcommittee of the ThedaCare CHAT on social connectedness -- wants to help Waupaca be a place where everyone can connect with others and feel they belong. With the information we learn from these conversations, we will identify Waupaca's strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and create new ways to help people connect and feel part of the community.

Personal information you share here will not be shared publicly, but will be included in the big picture of what we learn about all greater Waupaca residents.  For example, if you say that you are interested in gardening, and we report that we found 78 gardeners, you will be included in that number but not named. We will ask below if you are willing to share your contact information, which would be used only to send you -- if you so choose -- information about (1) what we learned, (2) existing local groups of people who share your interests, or (3) people who want to start new groups or activities related to your interests.
