Cabin John Middle School Invent the Future
Invent the Future invites students to tackle an environmental problem, big or small, that needs to be addressed. The team will conceive of an invention to solve that problem. Then they will design and prototype that invention. The team may need to use engineering, coding, and design techniques to turn their ideas into something tangible. Teams can win prizes, and earn SSL hours for participating in the Challenge Summit in Gaithersburg on Saturday, May 11!

We are gathering the names of students who would like to participate in Invent the Future at Cabin John this year. Teams of 3-6 kids will be formed from those responding. However, each team needs a coach — could that be you? If we do not get at least one parent volunteering to coach, there can be no team! Also, be aware that every team meeting must be overseen by two unrelated adults, and all students must have a signed waiver to participate.
