YoUUth SOALS 4 Racial Justice Registration Form
MUUSJA is proud to launch YoUUth SOALS 4 Racial Justice: The Spiritual Organizer/Activist Leadership Seminar on Racial Justice! This program will focus on helping high school youth build skills for doing anti-oppression/anti-racism work. We will be focusing on our own racial identity, the intersectionality of our identities, faithful followership and allyship, analyzing the dynamics of culturally/structurally white institutions, dismantling the structures of white supremacy, and engaging in systemic change to build a more racially just and equitable world in our congregations and beyond. Sessions will take place from 1-4pm on Saturday afternoons (November 12, December 10, January 21, February 18, March 18, and April 22) at one of the Metro Area Congregations (locations TBA). An online participation option will be available for youth located outside of the Twin Cities.
