To report an absence for the 2025-26 school year, please complete this form. Submitting this form when your child is absent will be acceptable documentation to report an absence. This must be submitted upon the student's arrival or return to school.

Dr. notes can be emailed to herrington_registrar@roundrockisd.org or sent to the office with your child

RRISD Policy requires that a student who is absent for more than five consecutive

days because of a personal illness, must bring a statement from a doctor or health clinic verifying
the illness or condition that caused the absence. Otherwise, the absence may be considered
unexcused and in violation of compulsory attendance laws.
