1. if they are an OELMA member or non-member and 2. What type of conference rate they need (i.e. full conference or one day).  *If attending one day-please specify which day (11/12 or 11/13).

If the registrants are attending on 11/12-which registrants, if any, will be attending our Gala celebration after the conference at 4:45pm in the large meeting room? There is no extra cost for this special event if they are attending conference on 11/12.
