Vendor Table Agreement for Living Art Boston 2024
Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the upcoming Living Art Boston 2024. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to showcase your products and services to our attendees.
Please find below the details and responsibilities of the vendor table agreement:
1. Date and Time: The conference will take place on Friday, June 7th from 11am to 6pm. Vendors are required to set up their tables by 11am and to stay until the end of the conference.
2. Table Setup: Each vendor will be provided with a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. It is the responsibility of the vendor to decorate and set up their table in an appealing and professional manner.
3. Display Materials: Vendors are permitted to display banners, posters, and marketing materials at their table. All materials must be free-standing or safely secured to the table.
4. Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for staffing their tables at all times during the conference, engaging with attendees, and maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
5. Clean-Up: Vendors are expected to clean up their table area at the conclusion of the event and dispose of any trash or materials properly.
The vendor’s immediate area must not infringe upon the space of the neighboring vendors. Set-up time begins at 9:00 AM CST on June 7th, 2024 at BCEC. Vendors are required to be fully set up no later than 10:00AM. There is no category exclusivity, however, we only allow one (1) vendor to represent a specific company. For example, there may be multiple vendors with financial services, but the same financial company cannot be represented more than once. Designer POP UP for June 8th ONLY: Set-up time begins at 1:00 PM CST on Saturday, June 8th, but you're not required to be there that early. Vendors are required to be fully set up no later than 3:00PM. Electrical outlets are scattered throughout the space, but we cannot guarantee the table or Rolling Rack proximity. There is no category exclusivity.
Please review all the info and submit payment to reserve your spot. We can not confirm your participation until payment is made by April 30th, 2024. Space is limited and will fill up fast.

All fees are non-refundable, and the deadline for fee payment to reserve your space is May 10th, 2024 at 7pm. If fees are not paid by that time your space will be released to another vendor.
