This class will teach kids how to create HEALTHY, FUN and DELICIOUS meals, using simple ingredients from all the five food groups! Students work in teams to prep, cook and bake a variety of meals, teaching them fundamental culinary skills while cultivating a sense of good nutrition. All while having having fun and being creative in the kitchen!
In one week, this hands-on class will teach students the skills necessary to create delicious, healthy recipes using seasonal ingredients with over 18 recipes. Dishes will include smoothies, quiches, muffins, salads, meat & vegetable bowls, summer pasta, granola bars, cookies and much more. Students will receive a cookbook with all of these recipes at the end of the session so they can enjoy cooking and baking all of our delicious dishes at home.
Cost: $325 per child (sibling discount available: $300 for each additional child)
