At Restoration Church, Small Groups is where family happens. Thank you for your interest in starting a small group. Please take a few minutes and prayerfully complete the following application. Once the application has been submitted we will schedule a time to meet with a church leader to further discuss your group. Filling out an application does not automatically constitute the creation of a new small group.
