Scholarship Specifics:
In honor of Truck Enterprises, Inc.’s founder, Dwight W. Hartman, TEI has developed an annual scholarship program in his name. The “Dwight W. Hartman Scholarship”, will be awarded to two recipients each year and provide $1,500 for use towards continuing their education at an accredited university/college, community college, or vocational school. Scholarships will be presented in October and are available for children, step-children, or grandchildren of current TEI employees.

Who is eligible?
Candidates must be children/step-children or grandchildren of current Truck Enterprises’ employees and be either a high school graduate (by July) or currently enrolled in a post-secondary academic program, with at least one semester remaining in the program.

Scholarship Process:
Entrants will submit their final answers online or send them to Truck Enterprises’ Marketing Coordinator, Jeremy Sheppard, by 11:59 p.m. on August 30th, 2019. A Scholarship Committee will review the applications and select the winners in Mid September. Winners will then be notified and scholarships awarded!

Important Details:
The scholarship must be used within one year of acceptance. Upon enrollment in a post-secondary education program, an amount of $1,500 will be paid on behalf of the winner to the educational institution of their choice. Candidates may apply as many years as they are eligible, but will only be allowed to receive the scholarship once during their period of eligibility.
