1. The resident must complete this application form and return it to security in a sealed envelope for the attention of the Estate Manager. Two passport sized photographs of the applicant, a copy of the SA ID. document or a copy of the passport if the applicant is not South African and the R30 registration fee. The staff member will collect the card on entering the Estate and return it to the guard house on exiting the premises.

2. The identification tag is to be worn where it is visible whilst the staff member is inside the Estate.This tag must be replaced when applicable due to wear and tear.

3. Only staff with identification tags will be allowed access into the Estate; should the staff member’s employment be terminated please retain and destroy the tag for security purposes.

4. Residents are to inform staff members that the Body Corporate reserves the right to search anyone leaving the premises at its discretion whether they are on foot or in a vehicle and all staff members and contract workers leaving the Estate with parcels require an accompanying letter of consent from the resident.
