Conscious San Jose Festival: Vendor Application
Our mission: Conscious San Jose is a social movement that produces creative wellness events in public spaces by uniting our vibrant communities through collaboration, connection, and compassion.


On Saturday, September 22nd, we invite you to join us for our 2nd year in the heart of Downtown San Jose as we transform St. James Park into Conscious San Jose Festival. With this event, we intentionally blend yoga, meditation and movement practices, with arts and music, and community service.


We are calling on our greater Bay Area conscious vendors to not only bring a passion for their product, but also create a transformative and uplifting experience for our local community.


NOTE: This application is not a contract and does not guarantee a space at the festival. All information must be completed for application to be accepted for consideration. DO NOT send payment at this time. Payment will be collected after approval of application.


Vendor Prices:
We feel strongly about providing a platform for all to share their offerings. We appreciate each vendor providing the maximum amount of support that they can. ***10x10 Tent and weights will be provided however tables and display fixtures are not included***


Corporate Sponsor Vendor: Minimum $1,000
Includes presence on list of sponsors, social media promotional post if desired, and 5 entry tickets.


Sponsor Vendor: $600
Sponsor vendors receive social media promotional post preceding festival.


Standard Vendor: $425


Food Truck Vendor: $250
Must have: 1) health permit, and 2) county permit to operate.
