Meditation & Contemplative Practice Sign Up

Please fill out the following information and we will be in touch with a link for accessing the practice times you're interested in joining us for. All facilitators are staff members at Pratt Institute in the Division of Student Affairs and you'll be joined by other members of the Pratt community. Please note everything is happening in EST.
The options are:

Breath Breaks - 12:30 PM - Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday
Breath Break -  1 PM - Wednesday
Breathe with Me - 8:30 AM - Monday
Meditate with Me - 8:30 AM - Friday

Content-wise all offerings share a wide variety of mindfulness & contemplative practices. Expect: meditations, connection to your breath, and bringing awareness to the present moment. Each facilitator brings their own practice to the table - so if possible it's definitely worth tuning in a few times a week!
