PES Parent Communication Survey
Parents in grades 4K-5 at Phillips Elementary School are being asked to fill out this brief online survey. Our Parent Communication Survey has been designed to gather information from our parents regarding daily school-to-home communication. Our goal is to streamline communication channels for the 2017-2018 school year. We would like to gather your feedback on the use of electronic communication tools, paper/printed communication, and the access our families have available to them. Thank you for taking the time to fill out our brief survey.
