Lent 2022 Book Studies - RSVP
During Lent all are invited to read one or both of Trinity’s Lenten books for 2022, and are encouraged to join in study opportunities Sundays (11:30 AM) and Wednesdays (7:15 PM) in-person at Trinity. Each day will offer separate study groups for each book, and the content discussed will be the same on Sundays & Wednesdays each week.

The two books are:

“Good Enough” by Kate Bowler - A six-week journey to discover or rediscover the liberating power of Sabbath and the promise that in Jesus Christ all are good enough. This book supports/supplements Trinity's worship emphasis for Lent.  katebowler.com/good-enough

“Sabbath as Resistance” by Walter Brueggemann - Brueggemann reminds us that Sabbath is to live out a freedom from the empire and the forces that hold us hostage from seeing ourselves and others as the liberated people of God, and that we are good enough and worthy of God’s love. amazon.com/Sabbath-Resistance-New-Study-Guide/dp/0664263291
