Gold sponsor - $10,000 (includes full-page ad)
Silver Sponsor - $5,000 (includes half-page ad)

no later than Monday, September 9, 2019, at 5:00 P.M. We appreciate your efforts to get artwork to us as early as possible so we have time to communicate with you if changes are needed.
Logo and artwork must be submitted in jpeg, tif, pdf or eps format. Ads will be printed in full color, with bleeds, unless specified otherwise. Please let us know if you have questions about formatting your ad.
