The Festival provides performers with an excellent venue and broad exposure. Acts that are selected for the Festival will be promoted on the web site, in social media, and in print. In most cases, a professional sound engineer, PA and monitor system will be provided on all stages and if possible a basic stage gear (backline) will be provided that will accommodate most line‐ups.
The 2017 Purcellville Music and Arts Festival will take place on Saturday, May 20th.
Upon notification, successful applicants, will be required to submit additional information including a signed performance contract and the submission of an Internal Revenue Form 1099.
Prior to the Festival, performers will receive a copy of the stage schedule and be provided with instructions for arrival, set up, tear‐down, and other logistics, including an adverse weather plan. If you wish to submit all or a portion of your application in hard copy format, please submit it to Melanie Scoggins at the address provided below.
