Trend Arlington Community Building Rental Request Form (50 Bellman Drive, Nepean)

You must complete the following form in order to request a rental of the Trend Arlington Community Building (TACB) located at 50 Bellman Drive, Nepean. Once the form is submitted, you will be contacted by a volunteer representative of the Trend Arlington Community Association (TACA).

Rental rates are detailed in the form below and range from $35 for a half-day, to $135 for full day events (serving alcohol). There is an additional charge for insurance, depending on the number of people. If your organization or non-profit has existing insurance coverage, please indicate this at the comments section of the rental form.

Included in the rental rate are plastic tables and chairs, access to public washrooms, and free parking. Access to the kitchen can be requested for an additional $10 per rental. Renters are responsible for set-up, maintenance and clean up, leaving the facility in the condition it was received.

The facility does not have WiFi, a projector, or any audio visual capabilities.

An e-transfer for the total rental fees (including insurance and kitchen surcharges) must be sent to All renters are also required to pay a refundable $200 cash damage deposit which can be dropped off to TACA's Building & Facilities Manager, Scott Graham, located at 23 Glendenning Drive (a short jaunt from the TACB). Scott will meet with you prior to the event to tour the facility, hand over keys, and review insurance details.
