RENTALS INCLUDE: plastic tables and chairs, access to public washrooms, free parking. Kitchen access is available for $10 per rental. Renters are responsible for set-up, clean up and maintaining the facility in the condition you receive it. **Note that rentals do NOT include: wifi, projector, or any audio visual technology.**
CASH DAMAGE DEPOSIT: ALL rentals are required to pay a $200 cash damage deposit (refundable after the event) which can be dropped off to the Trend Arlington Community Association Vice President, Robert Onley, located at 31 Hobart Crescent (around the corner from the TAC Building).
MEETING PRIOR TO EVENT: You must meet with a rep from TACA prior to the event.
PAYMENT: E-transfer for the rental fees can be sent to email@example.com. The $200 damage deposit must be paid in cash and delivered to a TACA rep (cash expedites the return of the damage deposit after the event).
