Tell me what you learned about the places your family and friends come from, and what languages and cultures you might have learned about.

First, please tell me your name and what class you're in.
Tell me what places you learned about.  Are they places your family or friends are from?  Have you visited them before?  Did you get to see them on Google Earth?
Tell me what languages you learned about.  Did you get to speak to someone who speaks a language that is new to you?  Did you learn a little online?  What words did you learn?  Was it easy or hard for you to pronounce new words in a new language?
Tell me what cultural traditions you learned about.  What was similar to your culture, and what was different?  Are there any foods or activities that you think you would like to try?
