Residence halls open on Saturday, January 9, at noon for Winter Session students and Saturday, January 16, at noon for all on-campus students. Before returning to campus, all OCC students must choose from the following options—either: take a free nasal-swab COVID-19 test on campus at the designated times, provide verification of a negative COVID-19 test taken within three days prior to moving into the dorms (on-campus students) or the first day of class (off-campus students), or provide verification of a positive COVID-19 test taken within the past three months. Any student who is unwilling to abide by these requirements must contact the Student Affairs Department. Submit your choice below. *

Winter Session students only: I will take a free COVID-19 test in the MPB on Saturday, January 9, from 12-7 p.m. (On-campus students, come to the MPB before arriving at your dorm.)

Spiritual Formation retreat or Spiritual Conflict course students only: I will take a free COVID-19 test in the Student Center on Tuesday, January 12, from 1-5 p.m. (On-campus students, come to the Stu before arriving at your dorm.)

I will take a free COVID-19 test in the MPB on Saturday, January 16, from 12-7 p.m. (On-campus students, come to the MPB before arriving at your dorm.)

I will provide verification of a negative COVID-19 test taken within three days before moving into the dorms (on-campus students) or the first day of class (off-campus students).
