Arts & Crafts Booth Rental Agreement
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS NOT SET IN STONE AND MAY BE CHANGED. No payments will be taken up details have been solidified.
Location: Fort Sumner, NM 88119 - Outdoors at the Downtown Triangle
Set Up: Friday 6.12.26 - optional, Saturday 6.13.26 - as needed
Event: Friday is optional. Saturday 6.15 8am-3pm
Tear Down: Saturday after 3pm
No admission fees will be charged to the general public.
Anyone renting space will be hereafter referred to as “the vendor”. By signing this application agreement, the vendor hereby accepts the following terms and conditions:
The vendor is solely responsible for obtaining insurance coverage, if desired.
Booth spaces are approximately 8’x8’ each. We understand that most canopies are bigger than this. That's okay.
Booth fees are $50 each. Online payments are accepted once vendor application is accepted. Tables, chairs, and extension cords are not provided. Canopies are recommended for shade.
There will not be any extra security provided overnight.
Electricity is not available.
In order to fairly represent and provide a large variety of vendors, we reserve the right to limit representation from exhibitors.
As this is a family friendly event, please understand that we do not allow any of the following: alcoholic beverages of any kind, products or novelties with obscenities, offensive slogans or symbols for trade, sale, or display, and no firearms are permitted for trade, sale, or display.
The vendor agrees not to hold the De Baca County Chamber of Commerce, employees, or event organizer responsible for any or all claims, damages, or injuries arising from the vendor’s use of booth space.
Taxes, licenses, and permits are the sole responsibility of the vendor. All vendors with food or drink items MUST provide proof of a Food Handlers License.
The vendor is responsible for their own trash and clean up.
The vendor agrees to confine their operations to the assigned space and agrees not to infringe upon the neighboring vendor(s). Booth spaces are first come first serve.
The vendor agrees that the space rented will be used for selling and/or giving away products/services and space will not be left vacant. Arriving late and/or leaving early is not permitted. Please communicate any attendance issues that may arise with the event coordinator.
Before submitting the application, please read it thoroughly. Complete all necessary information and sign the application. Once the application is reviewed, the event coordinator will contact the vendor with further information regarding payment, etc.
