Aureus Knights uses a decentralized approach to raiding in FFXIV.  We help form, and give tools to what we call "raid flights", self organizing groups that take on the bleeding edge content in the game.  Flights typically have a leader who helps organize, schedules and interfaces with the officer team.  Raid flights are provided a dedicated text and voice channel in Discord.
