Virtual program run by the Grange Hill East Neighbourhood Group & funded by Soroptimist International of Guelph.
Title: Girl Power
Dates: Wednesdays October 21 to November 25
Time: 4:30 to 5:30pm
Ages: 11 to 14
Capacity: 12 people (with a waitlist after that)
Description: This online program will bring young women together to build supportive relationships and learn to empower each other and others. We will explore self care, leadership, and inspirational women while doing activities that are requested by participants. This program is for anyone who identifies as female.
Some activities will include:
Arts and Crafts
Mental wellbeing tips and strategies
