Ifarada and Kujenga Wellness Project have collaborated to develop a range of culturally-informed, African-centric & holistic approach groups for community members in the Greater Toronto Region. Co-parenting Support Group (this weekly support group is for parents, guardians, grandparents and kin parents who are caring for children in a joint or supervised way)
Let's Talk - Men's Group (addresses anger management, leadership, relationship skills & more)
Parenting Support Group (held bi-weekly this program supports parents who's children experience difficulties with managing their emotions, behaviour at home and in class)
Nia Gwenda (Girls with Purpose)
Queens' Unite (held weekly, this support group is geared for women who require to build their relationship awareness, emotional intelligence, and more)
