BREAKFAST CLUB AD HOC BOOKING FORM - MAY 2025
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE BOOKING FORM

This form is only for Breakfast Club Ad Hoc Bookings.  Ad hoc bookings require to be made 28 days in advance. 

Please complete this booking form for any dates you require your child/ren (P1-7 only) to attend our Breakfast Club for this month.  Please be aware that spaces are LIMITED and will be given on a first come first served basis and only for ad hoc bookings. 

You will only be contacted if we DO NOT have space for your child.

Change of hours/cancellations/nonattendance

Any change of hours or cancellation will require 1 months’ notice in writing. If you do not provide a month’s notice you will be charged for the service. If you need to make a cancelation please email rebecca.white1@highland.gov.uk. 

Non-attendance will be charged. 


IF DAYS ARE MISSING ON CERTAIN WEEKS IT MEANS WE ARE FULLY BOOKED THAT DAY.

Bookings will not be accepted unless your account balance is clear and a payment plan is put in place.
