The Aurora Center is offering a free drop-in support group for individuals* who have experienced sexual violence (rape, sexual assault, sexual abuse, groping). This group is for students and staff at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Augsburg University, but will center student experiences.
*All are welcome. This group will be most relevant to individuals who identify as women or who have been socialized into "womanhood," including cis women, trans women, and AFAB trans/non-binary/intersex folks.
This group will meet
IN PERSON on Fridays from 1:00-2:00pm starting on February 20th, 2026; the group will not meet on March 13th, 2026. The goal of this group is to host a supportive space for participant-led conversations that invite connection and healing. We focus on the impact that trauma and violence can have on our daily lives.
