Healthier U invites Faculty/Staff to join them for their VIRTUAL Fall Mindfulness Meditation Series! Join Healthier U over Zoom as we kick off our fall Mindfulness Meditation Series for faculty and staff. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, this series provides a welcoming space to deepen your connection to the present moment, embrace self-care, and foster inner peace throughout the season.
