Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation:

50% reservation fee is non refundable.

100% of the retreat fee must be paid no later than two months before the retreat starts or as specified in your reservation email. Once the full amount has been paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. However, you may transfer your spot to another person attending the same retreat, provided you find a replacement and notify us before the agreed deadline. The payment cannot be transferred to a future retreat.

If you cancel before your second instalment is due, you may find a replacement up until the payment deadline. If you fail to fill the spot or make the second instalment payment by this deadline, your reservation will be considered canceled, and any payments made will be non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we would need to cancel the retreat, full refunds will be given for any money paid up to the date of cancellation. No responsibility can be taken for travel booked or any other costs incurred.

In the unlikely event that this retreat is cancelled due to forces outside of our control such as Epidemics, Pandemics, FCO travel Restrictions + Venue Failure refunds will be available for retreat, but it is your responsibility to have adequate travel insurance.
