30-Day Stretching Challenge

Welcome to the 30-Day Stretching Challenge! Use these slides to guide your stretch breaks during your work day. Select at least two stretches each day. When stretching Monday-Friday, consider stretching with students (ex. during TA, morning meeting, before class, mid-class, before a test, end of class). Stretch on Saturdays and Sundays sometime during your regular workday hours. Please do not attempt any stretches that may further perpetuate a previous injury or medical condition. Remember to stay hydrated!
