There will be no confirmation from BIC about receipt of this RSVP, except in cases where we close the RSVPs due to over subscription - in such cases entry will be based on capacity and on a first come first served basis based on tokens that will be issued from ~ 45 minutes before the session. An RSVP in such instances is not a guarantee of entry.

The auditorium / hall will be closed once capacity is reached.  To the extent possible on days of over subscription we will try and arrange simulcast in another room at the premises.
