ISNS - registration form
This form enables you to register on the ISNS website. The information you provide will be sent to the Administrator, who will create your WordPress account.

Privacy policy & data management

After you fill the form, the Administrator will create an Author's or Contributor's Account for you. Depending on your role, you will be able to perform different actions. As an Author, you will be able to add posts on your personal blog (accessible to the general public) and upload items to the repository (accessible only to the ISNS members) on the ISNS website. As a Contributor, you will only be able to add items to the repository.

Your login and password will be sent to your e-mail address, and all data in this form will be deleted immediately after.
 
From that point on, you will be responsible for managing your own personal data stored on servers of the University of Warsaw. Your account can be removed at any time. During the registration process, your data may be transferred to the US and stored on Google Inc. servers.

If you choose 'yes', your role will be set as Author and a blog (even if empty) will be displayed in the 'blogs' section. If you choose 'maybe later', your role will be a set as Contributor. On your request, the Administrator can change your role at any time.
