Day of Mindfulness - Sunday, May 24, 2020, 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
Due to the presence of Covid-19 in the Hong Kong community, this retreat will either be held Online or In-person depending on government advisories concerning live group gatherings. The options will be reviewed in the first half of May. Please feel free to register your interest to attend either way.
Silent Retreat Day
Welcome to a day of silent mindfulness practices in community together.
The structure will follow the MBSR program throughout the day. Teachers will guide meditations that include sitting, walking, eating practices, body scan and yoga movements.
NOTE: this invitation is for Graduates of MBSR, MBCT, MBCL, MiE, CEB, and teachers of mindfulness programs for children and adolescents. Due to the silent nature of the day, it is not suitable for those without prior experience of mindfulness practices.
This is an opportunity for renewing & cultivating presence from moment to moment,
and being open to the experiences of practicing mindful attention.
TIME: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm

Checklist to bring:
1. Yoga mat
2. Meditation cushion/bench (if you have one)
3. Shawl, towels, pillow for comfort
4. Packed lunch & a drink
5. Wear comfortable clothes
6. Please no perfumes or strong scents
7. No mobile phones during the retreat
