The return period of CleanMate products is 30 days from the date of purchase. If it is within this return period, you may return it for refund. Please send us a copy of your receipt or purchase confirmation email. We will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to you to return it. If it is already passed the 30-day return period, we will help you to have the product repaired under the 1-year warranty policy (6 months for battery). All product returns require a valid RMA number. The return authorization # is only valid for 30 days.
When you return the CleanMate unit back to us, please include all accessories & documents in the package, and clearly mark the RMA # on the outside of box. We will issue a refund to you after we receive the unit. A restocking fee will be charged if the return is not complete.
