By writing my name below, I acknowledge that I understand that all the same rules which apply while on campus at Marshall Middle school will apply while at the 8th grade party event itself.  I also am aware that there will be a zero-tolerance policy in place for any conduct outside of these rules/regulations.  Anyone who chooses to conduct themselves in a manner that goes against these policies will be removed from the party and will be asked to sit with the parent volunteer/s in charge of security until a parent can be reached to take the student home. *
In case of minor injury, you permit us to administer minor first aid, i.e. cleaning wound, bandaids, ice pack.  In the event of a more serious injury we will attempt to contact parent and if needed emergency personnel. *
I understand that there are no in and out privileges for this event and if a student leaves the event they will not be able to return.  Chaperones will attempt to contact parents, but will not be able to be responsible for any students that leave the event early. *
