By signing this document, I recognize that as an adult  volunteer or contractor, while in conjunction with the WFTDA team Naptown Roller Derby;  I resign all rights to any idea(s) or media that I create in regards to said team.  The team retains the right to duplicate, replicate, or modify any and all idea(s) or media in any fashion at will; including the time after the expiration of the original contract to create the idea(s) or media.  The idea(s) or media created belongs solely to the mentioned specific WFTDA team of this contract to be done with as pleased, and I retain no rights to said media or idea(s) except for portfolio, or showing purposes.  

I sign below to say that I understand this contract in conjunction with the Naptown Roller Derby WFTDA roller derby team, and that this contract can not be contested in any way after it has been signed.
