Set Up and Breakdown:  Vendor is responsible for their own setup and display of their good in their assigned area.  Generators are permitted.
Electricity:  Very limited.  Vendor will need to provide any and all electrical cords and extension cords.
Maintenance:  In connection with the agreement, the undersigned shall accept the facilities in their "AS IS" condition, with all faults.  You will promptly repair, at your sole cost and expense, all damage to the Facilities caused by you, or your employees, contractors and/or invitees.
