I hereby give permission for my child to participate in A Magical Journey Thru Stages’ March/April 2021 Theater Experience. My son/daughter and I understand the financial and time commitment that we are making. (Stages understands that much about the school year is still taking shape, so please just communicate with us as best you are able.) Should the theater’s zoning move to red, we understand that all classes will be run virtually. If asked to leave for attendance or discipline issues, no refund will be given.
PAYMENT: Tuition for each program, plus completed registration form are required to hold a spot in the program.

CANCELLED SESSION: Stages reserves the right to cancel any session for any reason, in which case tuition for that session will be fully refunded.

COVID-19 ZONING: In-person classes will continue in the orange or yellow zone. Should the theater zoning change to red, all classes will seamlessly transition to virtual instruction.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY: The session fee is refundable, less a $25 administration fee, prior to the “SIGNUP CLOSES” date listed in table above. Otherwise, the session fee is non-refundable except in the case of illness or emergency that prevents the student from attending the session. ($25 admin fee not refundable for any reason).

LOCATION: All in-person classes and workshops take place at Stages theater or in other large spaces in the building. Stages is located at 875 E. Main Street, Auditorium Center, 3rd floor, Rochester, NY 14605.

PARKING: Parking is generally available behind the building. Enter the parking lot from College Avenue. Drop-off and pickup information will be communicated closer to program start dates.
