Keep Plymouth Leafy 2019 Street Tree Giveaway Entry Form
Keep Plymouth Leafy (KPL) is a non-profit organization committed to positively enhancing the leafy, tree-lined character of Plymouth, Michigan's streets and parks.
City of Plymouth residential property owners are eligible to receive a free street tree from KPL (supplies limited based on available funding but is estimated to be approximately 200 trees). On Sat., April 27 at 10 a.m. at Kiwanis Park, Keep Plymouth Leafy will host an Arbor Day Celebration/Park Clean-Up and announce the Plymouth residential property owners who will receive planted street trees in 2019. Winners selected on a first-come, first-serve basis and non-winners will be placed on a waiting list rolling over to 2020.
All entries must be received 4 p.m. on Friday, April 26; entries can be made by completing the form below or a paper form at the Department of Municipal Services offices, 1231 Goldsmith St. in Plymouth.
OFFICIAL RULES: One entry per address, please! :) Winning entries who are not able to accept a tree for any reason may not reassign their tree to another property; alternates from the waiting list will be notified. For questions, contact
